The ITaP Customer Service Center is looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills, and a basic understanding of computer technology. Job duties include assisting students, faculty and staff members in the Purdue community with ITaP related issues. We answer questions via phone, e-mail, or in person at our walk-in counter at the HSSE library in STEW 135. Questions range from password resets, to e-mail client configuration, to assistance with the OnePurdue Portal.
