Four Winds digital signs to receive software updates

Four Winds Interactive software, an application used by many digital signs across the Purdue campus, will receive a series of upgrades starting Monday, July 18, and lasting through Aug. 18.

There will be a very brief downtime when transitioning to the new system.

Four Winds digital signs are used to provide information such as bus schedules, event listings, emergency notifications, environment and health instruction, etc.

The software upgrade, implemented by ITaP’s End User Experience department, will improve the functionality and user interface of this important communication channel.

Four Winds end users will be communicated to directly with complete details about the upgrade process and timing for their department, school, or college prior or during this time. Please direct any questions to sbower@purdue.edu.
