Microsoft workshops scheduled for November: Teams, SharePoint

ITaP is partnering with Microsoft to host a series of webinars to help users get the most out of using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. 

The webinars, led by professionals from Microsoft, are an hour in length and designed to introduce new users to the tools, which are available to all faculty and staff as part of Microsoft Office 365 and portal.office.com.

This course will demonstrate key features of Microsoft teams meetings and webinars, including collaboration tools, breakout rooms and access to meeting resources. 

This course focuses on the SharePoint Online experience in communication and team sites. Attendees will learn how to share and manage content, find information, and collaborate across their organization. This introductory course focuses on the experience for site members. 

This course expands on more advanced features of SharePoint Sites, focusing on Site Ownership and Architecture. Attendees of this course can expect to learn about sharing and permissions, workflow management, content types, and various site architecture components for building effective team sites.   

Learn how to collaborate with workgroups, access shared files, apps, and conversation threads. This course helps you understand team and channel structure and how to create and manage a team.
